We're currently hiring - Legal Administrative Assistants

Kin Lawyers Pty Ltd specialise in family & relationship law including separation, future planning, family enterprise, wills, and estates. “Full & frank” encapsulates the way we practice law and assist our clients. We take our obligation of honesty and integrity as legal practitioners seriously. We’re avid advocates for our clients, whilst also emphasising the importance of resolution to achieve a beneficial and affordable outcome away from the courtroom.

 We currently have two locations, Glenelg and Gawler, and we are looking for two legal administrative assistants to join our team.

 The successful candidates will have warm and approachable personalities, coupled with a positive attitude and standout skills.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Document control and management;
  • Preparation of communications and documentation;
  • Management of precedents;
  • File management, including opening and closing of files and tracking ongoing progress;
  • Liaising with clients directly when scheduling and assisting with queries; and
  • Other general administrative tasks.
As a valued member of the team, you will have:
  • Brilliant verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A “can-do” attitude and the confidence to work autonomously as well as part of a team;
  • Proven time management skills; whilst maintaining an eye for detail and accuracy;
  • Outstanding client focus and customer service skills balanced with practicality and efficiency;
  • An ability to work to tight timeframes, collaboratively and at times autonomously; and enthusiasm and drive to enjoy, and thrive, in a fast-paced role.
  • Previous administration experience within a service industry; experience with a legal firm is favourable, though not essential.
